High street Hounslow

An existing vegetarian restaurant on Hounslow High street had gotten very busy that the exiting setting area could not contain their customers. We were invited to extend the loft of the property to accommodate twice the amount of turn over. Also the extension extended above the boutique shop next door to accommodate more business.

Ridgeway Road

A family of 4 living in a semi-detached house in a conservation area were not comfortable the small size living area; awkward kitchen area; lack of dinning space and utility. Our involvement was to extend to the rear of both the original house and the existing garage extension. we decided to open up the existing internally into the proposed extension and tried to connect the internal floor area with the garden. The family were delighted as they achieved an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with the Utility and shower tucked behind the existing garage.  

Osterley Avenue 1

A developer saw the potential to develop a 4-bedroom house to the side of her property on land previously occupied by garages. Not only did we achieve planning permission to achieve our client needs but also extended the loft space, converting it into habitable living space. As well as this we also achieved a rear extension. Providing building control drawings, whilst undertaking the role of project manager.

Herm Close Osterley

A family living in a detached house made consultation for the potential to convert an existing integral garage into habitable living space and to remove a standalone garage in a conservation area. Our firm achieved both planning permission and building control on their behalf. This gave allowed the family not to only gain extra space in their kitchen but also to gain an extra room in the property.

Revere Way Ewell

During this project planning permission and building control was achieved to build a rear extension and loft conversion on behalf of our client. This has improved the end of terrace 3 storey 3-bedroom property to gain and extra bedroom: en-suite and extended kitchen dining to the rear.

A client approached us regarding advise on a 4 bedroom Victorian property about its potential to be extended convert the loft into habitable space; a double story side extension and a rear extension with possibilities of converting the extended property into 2 separate units. All planning applications were approved by the local authority, building control was achieved and we were also involved in project managing of the project.
